Diagnosis
Vertex smooth and shiny, with a median groove in posterior part; mesoscutum with raised and strong reticulation, meshes isodiametric; propodeal callus with two setae; coxae, femora and tibiae golden-green; costal cell with a row of setae on ventral surface; petiole 2.2X as long as wide in female; female with 1st gastral tergite smooth and shiny with posterior ¼ with very weak reticulation; female with 2nd flagellomere with ventral edge drawn out to a point; scutellum smooth and shiny.
